Update Alpine base images to 3.20

Christian Rößner requested to merge features into main

Upgraded the base images in the Dockerfile from Alpine 3.19 to 3.20. This ensures the Docker environment uses the latest stable dependencies. Removed commented-out debugging lines for a cleaner file.
