Introduce methods for managing LDAP configurations

This update adds several new methods to manage the LDAP configurations of the server. The new methods include obtaining the BindDN, BindPW, TLS CA file path, and specific LDAP protocols. These methods provide more accessibility and flexibility for managing LDAP configurations. Furthermore, refinements were made to the server's context initialization and brute force rule handling mechanisms.
